Cheap car insurance customer satisfaction scores big enough
There is no link between customer satisfaction and the amount of the premium of a Car Insurance. The service of an expensive car insurance is not better than a cheap airline. Customers with a cheap car insurance, however, pay an average of 200 per year less premium. According to research by the independent comparer Verzekeringssite.nlConducted by market research company GfK Dongen.
Damage in handling critical customer view Customers of thirty car insurers have been asked their opinion about claims handling, price, friendliness, accessibility, and modifying data coverage. Their claims processing appears to weigh most heavily in the overall rating. On average the companies achieve a score of 7.6. ZLM scores with a 8.4 the best.
